ISO standards

ISAN holds ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 50001 certifications, guaranteeing top production quality, environmental responsibility, and efficient energy management.

ISO 9001

ISAN focuses primarily on Customer satisfaction. Ecological processing with maximum respect to the environment is just in the nature of our manufacturing procedures. The company is controlled by the ISO 9001:2016 system. In addition, to fulfil even the most demanding standards, all heating units meet requirements of the certification applicable to the actual legal standards of each individual state. 
 

ISO 14001

 
ISO 14001 is an international standard that specifies requirements for an environmental management system (EMS) and provides organizations with a framework for managing and reducing their environmental impacts with the aim of continual improvement of environmental performance.
 

ISO 50001

 
ISO 50001 is an international standard that establishes requirements for an energy management system and helps organizations use energy more efficiently, reduce energy costs, and minimize environmental impacts.

 

Whistleblowing

 
We comply with the Directive (EU) 2019/1937 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the protection of persons who report breaches of EU law by implementing an internal reporting system as of August 1, 2023, which is governed by an internally available directive.
