ISO standards

ISO 9001

ISAN focuses primarily on Customer satisfaction. Ecological processing with maximum respect to the environment is just in the nature of our manufacturing procedures. The company is controlled by the ISO 9001:2016 system. In addition, to fulfil even the most demanding standards, all heating units meet requirements of the certification applicable to the actual legal standards of each individual state. Notified personnel ES1015 carry out certification process in the Engineering Test Institute Brno.

Whistleblowing

 
We comply with the Directive (EU) 2019/1937 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the protection of persons who report breaches of EU law by implementing an internal reporting system as of August 1, 2023, which is governed by an internally available directive.
